It’s in the name. The espresso shots are….Gold. Smooth delivery of flavors. The baristas and the crew are way cooler than you, but they don’t make you feel that way. It’s just great people, serving great coffee. We love it here and this place has become our go to, any chance we get.

In my opinion this place has the best coffee and vibes San Antonio has to offer. The quality of their caffeinated beverages and the hospitality of their staff have made me and my family regulars. Highly recommend this incredible local business. 10/10.

I love coming to this place! I bike ride here with my buddies like every other weekend, we get some delicious brew. Staff is super nice and friendly. Great back patio to talk and relax in too. Nice cozy interior. The pie is delicious too!! I could go on and on. Go here for good coffee!!

Finding this specialty coffee shop in San Antonio was like striking gold! They brew Cat & Cloud beans with a great selection. I swung by to pick up a large order for my family and everything was great. I personally had a really unique single origin espresso. Super fun place, highly recommended.

We are always on the lookout for great coffee places, and this place checks ALL the boxes! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The staff is very cheerful, friendly, and helpful. The coffee is excellent. Not sure who roasts their coffee, but it is top notch and so smooth. Lastly, the atmosphere is very relaxed and cozy. Love the decor. My only regret is we hadn't been in sooner. Check them out, you will not regret it. Will be back.

Super cool coffee shop. Staff is friendly and helps you to have a better experience. I wanted my usual double espresso and they said they had their usual roast and a new roast in for a limited time. I got the new thing and it was so good I drank before I took a pic. Nice and clean, not loud, lots of parking around the back. Cool decor.

San Antonio Gold is an excellent coffee shop in Southtown SATX!! :-) The atmosphere inside of this space is excellent (it’s comfortable & decorated in a really cool way), and the staff are so kind + helpful! They make a great Cinnamon Coffee Cake, and their Hotcake flavoring is SO good added in an iced or hot latte with oat milk. For their seasonal offerings, I recently tried their X French Tee Shirt for Summer 2025, and it was SO delicious!! I highly recommend this spot!!!

Coffee Shop No. 515 Gold San Antonio San Antonio, TX June 12, 2025 This coffee shop came recommended by two other shop owners, so I had to check it out. It’s tucked inside FREIGHT Event Venue, which also houses a barber shop, a tattoo studio, and an art gallery—all watched over by a friendly gentleman at the front counter. Gold serves up delicious cortados with the help of their super-friendly baristas. The space is big and versatile, with plenty of seating whether you’re catching up with friends, working on a project, or just hanging out solo. Enjoying life one cortado at a time!

Visited this coffee shop for the first time and we really enjoyed it! Definitely one of the best in the city. We had the hot cakes latte and banana nut bread. It was soo delicious we went back for a second coffee, to go. We ordered the Samoan latte and again soo smooth and delicious! The coffee was so rich and bold in flavor. We also loved the atmosphere and aesthetics of the shop.
